Adult Counseling
We provide age-appropriate counseling for children in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. Therapy is tailored to meet young clients at their developmental level and may include play-based, creative, and skills-focused approaches. We work with children and teens experiencing anxiety, behavioral challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, school-related stress, social concerns, family changes, and low self-esteem. When appropriate, caregivers are included to support progress and promote healthy communication at home and school.
Individual Counseling
Individual therapy provides a private, supportive space to explore personal challenges, emotions, and goals. We work collaboratively to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, self-esteem, and life transitions, helping you develop healthier coping strategies and greater self-awareness.
Family Counseling
Family counseling focuses on improving communication, strengthening relationships, and addressing challenges within the family system. Sessions provide a supportive space to explore patterns, resolve conflict, and develop healthier ways of relating to one another. This service is especially helpful for families navigating behavioral concerns, parenting challenges, blended family dynamics, life transitions, or stress related to a child or adolescent’s mental health.
